Shipping policy

Orders are usually delivered to the courier first thing in the morning before the business day begins. We deliver to the courier at least twice per week. 

Orders placed before 1 pm on a weekday will be processed that day for dispatch with the next courier. Orders placed after 1 pm on a weekday will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Courier target is 2 day delivery for business addresses. Please allow additional time for residential addresses. Rural delivery is dependent on the rural driver and will show as delivered as soon as the order is passed to rural dispatch. 

If you have questions about the delivery, please contact the courier directly using the information provided in the tracking email. This may go to your junk mail box so make sure to check.  

Australian orders will be dispatched for post within 5 working days. Shipping time is then usually 3-10 working days. 

If your order is urgent, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order so we can advise if it might be received on time and use a business address that is not rural for the fastest delivery.
