Refund policy

No returns on clearance items at all

Please review the size guide, product descriptions and photos. If you have specific requirements please contact us. Our products are not made to fit specific saddles, if you require an exact fit we recommend you seek a custom made product. This is not something we offer. 

Please choose carefully as we are not required to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind or chosen the wrong product, colour or size. However, we are happy to offer store credit for the purchase price (not including shipping) less 10% when:

• an item is returned in its original condition (with all tags and in the original packaging);
• It has not been tried on or anywhere near a horse;
• It is returned within 14 days of the original purchase; and
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Store credit will be valid for six months.
